On Location Pool Glamour Shoot

Evocative glamour photograph shoot on location. The pool has always been a favored setting for fashion or glamour photography. In this photograph entitled "Blue", the gaze of the model's deep blue eyes is our point of entry into the image. That point our eye is first drawn to when we look at it. From there we move across her body to the opposite side of the image, likely returning to her face once again.

The pose and lighting at the time of capture were designed to create this likely action by the viewer. However, a final artistic choice was made during cropping of the image with some rotation given to create a gentle line of her body for us to follow with our eyes across the photograph. When an image is created in such a way as to beckon us to view it in this manor, it will better draw us to that image.
