Atop a mountain in South Tyrol. Along the WWI frontier between Austria and Italy, this high ground was held by the Austrian Army and commanded the valley below. Evidence of the war is seen here with the tripod made of barbed wire fence pickets and topped with the front half of an artillery shell.
