Merging two passions…Appreciating two fears. 

  My recent exploration for new locations to shoot glamour photographs took me to Bonaire in the southern Caribbean.  While there, it gave me the perfect chance to do some diving and underwater videography...I also found some great locations for a future glamour shoot.

  In my work both as a diving instructor and glamour/boudoir photographer, I get the chance to help my clients embrace their fears and overcome apprehension.  If you are thinking about being photographed it is so common to fear many things.  

  The biggest of which is how you feel you may look in the final product.  But it is not limited to just that.  Any number of understandable and, as I stated, common feelings are likely to creep into your mind as well.  Such as "I won't know what to do", "I have nothing to wear", "I don't know how to stand", "I don't know if my makeup is right".

  We were joined by my former diving students and friends Mr. Ken Head and his wife Ms. Anna Perkins.  Here Ken is seen making a descent to the sea floor of Front Porch Reef at a depth of 130 feet, a potentially unnerving depth even for experienced divers.

At 70 feet on a Bonaire wall.   The beauty and serenity of this world can experienced once we face our fears.

  Seeing these normal feelings resolve into joy and excitement is part of what makes my job so wonderful.  Because I know that when you start your shoot with me, those concerns will quickly fade from your mind as you are guided and helped to create incredible images.  As with my diving students over the years where I have helped them become skillful divers who love the sea, I connect you to your beauty and glamour, and get to revel in your delight of the experience and over your glamour.
